Unknown Person Threatened Kuwaiti Citizen

A Kuwaiti citizen lodged a complaint against an unknown person who threatened to gun him down on the Fourth Ring Road while inside a vehicle. A security source said the citizen went to Andalous police station to file a complaint and provided the number plate of the suspect’s vehicle. Initial investigation indicated the suspect rented the vehicle, so steps were taken to arrest him after obtaining relevant details from the rental company
