Kuwait Airways Introduces Convenient Home Luggage Delivery Service
Kuwait Airways has unveiled a convenient home luggage delivery service for passengers arriving from London, with plans for further expansion. According to a report by Al-Qabas daily, travelers can now avail of this service, which will gradually extend to other flights in the near future.
Passengers can easily request this service up to 12 hours before their flight through Kuwait Airways' official website or mobile application, as outlined in a statement from the airline. Abdul Mohsen Salem Al-Faqan, Chairman of Kuwait Airways' Board of Directors, reiterated the company's dedication to delivering exceptional service to its clientele. He emphasized the airline's commitment to ensuring passenger comfort from airport entry to boarding, highlighting ongoing efforts to modernize the fleet, improve onboard entertainment, and elevate the overall travel experience.
Al-Faqan also highlighted Kuwait Airways' recent strides in introducing new destinations and services, including home travel procedures for Royal and First-Class passengers, premium limousine services, electronic boarding pass issuance, and onboard BLUEfi internet service. The addition of the home luggage delivery service signifies another significant step in Kuwait Airways' mission to enhance passenger convenience.
CEO Captain Ahmed Mohammad Al-Karibani elaborated on the airline's summer schedule for 2024, announcing the launch of exciting new destinations such as Antalya, Bodrum, Trabzon, Sharm El-Sheikh, Malaga, and Nice. The summer schedule encompasses a total of 54 destinations, with increased frequencies to popular European hubs like London, Amsterdam, Munich, Vienna, Geneva, and Sarajevo. Moreover, flights to key destinations like Dubai, Riyadh, and Manchester will see expanded capacity to meet growing demand.
