The Civil Service Bureau Prepares To Retire Long-serving Employees
According to sources familiar with the matter, the Civil Service Bureau currently employs 700 personnel, highlighting the imperative to Kuwaitize all positions within the bureau and adhere to the replacement strategy.
Informed sources from the Civil Service Bureau revealed that employees with over 30 years of service are being directed towards retirement. This action aligns with decisions made by the Council of Ministers and previous circulars issued by the bureau to government entities.
Speaking to Al-Rai newspaper, sources emphasized that retiring employees with 30 years of service will facilitate the recruitment of new staff and the promotion of existing employees to supervisory roles. Ultimately, these vacancies will be filled by retirees.
Underlining the importance of introducing fresh talent into the bureau's departments, sources stressed the need for new recruits to assume responsibilities in the forthcoming years.
The sources reiterated the necessity of Kuwaitizing all positions within the Civil Service Bureau and adhering to the replacement plan.
