Moi Arrested 9 Curfew Violators

Ministry of Interior (MoI) arrested nine curfew violators yesterday, seven Kuwaitis and two expat. Five were caught in the Capital, two in Hawally, one in Mubarak Al-Kabeer and one in Al-Ahmadi Governorate.

Anyone caught breaching the curfew will be penalized with a jail term of up to three years and fined KD 10,000 pursuant to Civil Defense Law.

The curfew was decided as a result of noncompliance with health guidelines and instructions aimed at averting gatherings.
