Two Expats Injured In Khaitan Building Fire

Two Arab expatriates suffered from suffocation and heat exhaustion as a result of a fire that broke out yesterday evening in a warehouse located on the ground floor of a building in the Khaitan region. The accident also resulted in material losses to the site.

The Director of the Public Relations and Media Department of the General Fire Force, Colonel Muhammad Al-Gharib, said that the operating room received a report of the fire, so the men of the “Farwaniya” and “Sabhan” fire stations were directed, and it became clear to them that the fire broke out in a warehouse on the ground floor of the building, so it was evacuated from its residents, then The firefighters proceeded to fight, extinguish and control the fire and prevent it from spreading to other locations of the building.

Al-Gharib added that the accident resulted in two Arab expatriates suffering from suffocation and heat exhaustion, and they were treated on the ground by emergency medical technicians at the scene of the accident.
