The Ministry of Education has introduced a new electronic service aimed at enhancing administrative transparency and efficiency for members of the teaching staff. This service allows educators to access and view administrative decisions related to their employment in PDF format through the Ministry’s website – Administrative Services portal.
To utilize this service, educators are required to authenticate their identity using the “My Identity” application and log into their personal accounts within the “My Decisions” service section.
Key features of this new service include the display of various administrative decisions issued by the Coordination Department. These decisions cover a range of matters such as secondment, confirmation of secondment, cancellation of secondment, cancellation of confirmation, external transfer, cancellation of external transfer, and modification of secondment.
The Ministry emphasized that this initiative aims to provide teaching staff members with easy and quick access to their respective administrative decisions. By facilitating swift access to these documents, the Ministry aims to streamline the process of managing and monitoring their administrative status.
This new electronic service underscores the Ministry of Education’s commitment to leveraging technology for greater administrative transparency and improved service delivery to its workforce in the education sector.
