Kuwaiti Police Arrested Four Over Fuel Fraud

According to a Kuwaiti newspaper, four people have been arrested after speeding off in their cars without paying fuel bills at a gas station.

According to Al Anba, a fifth offender remains at large.

Officials at the petrol station reported to police in Al Jahra governorate in north-western Kuwait that the five had repeatedly fueled their cars before leaving without paying their bills.

Based on footage extracted from surveillance cameras at the station, station operators provided police with the number plates of the cars involved in the offences. After being confronted with their filmed photos, the four admitted to the illegal act after they were arrested.
