Al-mousa Was Suspended From Work Due To The “sixty” Decision

Informed sources revealed to Al-Rai that the Minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Abdullah Al-Salman, issued a decision to suspend the Director General of the Public Authority for Manpower, Ahmed Al-Mousa, from work, due to the “sixty-year decision,” at the request of the Fatwa and Legislation Department of the Council of Ministers.

The sources pointed out that the suspension of Al-Mousa will be in accordance with the decision for a period not exceeding 3 months or until the end of the investigation with him against the background of his decision to ban the issuance of work permits to those who have reached the age of sixty years who hold an intermediate certificate or less, after the Fatwa and Legislation Department “fatwa” The decision is invalid because it was issued by a non-competent person.
