Two Indian Expats Were Arrested Separately For Consuming Liquor

Two Indian expatriates were arrested separately for consuming liquor. The first Indian suspect was arrested after the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received a call about a motorist who lost control of his vehicle and crashed into some trees near the Al-Sadiq Roundabout in South Surra.

The suspect then ran away, leaving his car behind when police arrived at the scene. However, he was chased, seized and discovered to be highly intoxicated. The second suspect was arrested after an Asian taxi driver called 112 to report that a drunken Indian flagged him down for a ride and got into the taxi. Police hurried to the location in Nugra area and seized the suspect who had consumed liquor. Both suspects were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.
