Solar Energy-operated Bus Stations Eyed

Governor of Hawalli Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf met with Kuwait Municipality Director Engineer Ahmed Al-Manfouhi in his office at the Governorate in the presence of Assistant Director of Structural Planning and Organization Muhammad Al-Zughabi, Kuwait Municipality Consultant Husni Al-Hadidi, administrator at the Governor’s Office Colonel Khaled Al-Najar and assistant administrative at the Governor’s Office Major Hamad Al-Amer.

The meeting discussed many issues related to services in Hawalli Governorate, which includes the establishment of an integrated mechanism of coordination between the Governorate and Kuwait Municipality. Other issues discussed at the meeting covered establishment of highly-developed and environment-friendly bus stations that operates on solar energy, in addition to developing part of Salem Al-Mubarak Street.
