NEW REGULATION 

Reference to the new regulation imposed by MOSAL (الشؤون)

Expatriate engineers are required to obtain N.O.C from K.S.E 

for the renewal of residency .

 

The Process to Obtain N.O.C

1. Submit the Documents 

2. Initial Evaluation

3. Final Evaluation 

4. Interview or Exam

5. Applying for Membership 

6. Applying for N.O.C 

 

INDIA GRADUATED ENGINEERS

 

Requirements

In Addition To The Application The Engineer Should Also Provide The Original Document Mentioned Below 

---

 

1. Transfer Certificate /Provisional Certificate/Conduct Certificate (Attested)

2. All Separated Mark Sheet (Semester-wise )

3. Consolidated Mark Sheet Should Be Attested

4. Bachelor / University /College Degree

** Should Be Stamped By Kuwait Embassy In India & Ministry Of Foreign Affaires (2020)

5. “To Whom It May Concern” Letter Required For The Following Cases.

❑ In Case The College Name Changed .

❑ If The College Name Not Mentioned In The Mark Sheet.

** Should Be Attested By Kuwait Embassy In India & Ministry Of Foreign Affaires

NATIONAL BOARD ACCREDITATION WEBSITE 

---

1. Engineers should provide from the N.B.A website the name of the college in which he graduated (ACCREDITED).

2. In case the college name do not show up in the website the candidate should contact the college and get more information on when they will include his college under N.B.A accreditation

FOR ENGINEERS GRADUATED IN (PHILIPPINE)

---

THE ENGINEER SHOULD PROVIDE THE UNIVERSITY FROM THE N.B.A WEBSITE FOR PHILIPPINES

1. N.B.E.X : Exam Result

2. Provide the PRC LICENSE

3. In case the college name changed “To Whom It May Concern” letter required to be attested by Kuwait Embassy in Philippine & Ministry Of ForeignAffaires,. 

** The bachelor degree should be stamped by Kuwait Embassy in Philippine & Ministry of foreign AffairesIn kuwait

EGYPT GRADUATED ENGINEERS

---

1. Egyptian Syndicate Certificate or Egyptian Syndicate membership

2. Mark Sheet to be attested by Kuwait Embassy in Egypt& Ministry Of ForeignAffaires,.

** The Bachelor Degree should be stamped by Kuwait Embassy in Egypt & Ministry of foreign Affaires In Kuwait.

** The Bachelor Degree should be registered with the Ministry of Higher Education in Egypt.

OTHER COUNTRIES GRADUATED ENGINEERS

ABET The Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology Inc.

---

 

1. The Bachelor Degree & Mark Sheet should be stamped by Kuwait Embassy in the country of issued degree accredited & Ministry of foreign Affaires In Kuwait.

2. In case the college name changed “To Whom It May Concern” letter required to be attested by Kuwait Embassy in the country of issued & Ministry Of ForeignAffaires,.
