Nazaha Refers Senior Officials For Prosecution

A former senior official and others have been charged with embezzling and assisting the theft of public funds by the Kuwaiti Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha).

According to Nazaha, these allegations are criminal under Article No. 10 of Law No. 1 of 1993, which deals with the preservation of public finances, and Article No. 257 of Penal Code No. 16 of 1960, which deals with the falsification in official documents.
