Marriage Not Registered – How To Bring Wife To Kuwait On Visit Visa

I am from India and now working in Kuwait in the private sector, I want to bring my wife to Kuwait from India but I have not registered my marriage because after the marriage I came to Kuwait within a week. So please give me advice on how to bring my wife through visit visa without marriage certificate. My name mentioned in wife’s passport.

Answer: Unfortunately we cannot offer you any advice except to say that it is not just possible to bring your wife here on a visit visa without an attested marriage certificate. This then means that if you still desire to invite your wife for a visit to Kuwait, you have to make sure that you register your marriage, get the marriage certificate and have it attested by your country’s foreign ministry, Indian embassy in Kuwait and Kuwait’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs annex in Shuwaikh.
