Kuwait Family Visa Doors Are Still Shut For 7 Nationalities
The Ministry of Interior has taken to its official website to dispel the rumors circulating on social media platforms regarding visa openings to certain countries. It emphasizes that all official announcements regarding visa policies will be made solely through its official channels. It strongly advises individuals to rely on credible news sources and regularly check the Ministry of Interior’s website for updates.
There has been speculation regarding the acceptance of visa applications from various nationalities, including those from countries with restrictions such as Yemen, Syria, Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, and Pakistan. The Ministry clarifies that while applications from these countries are indeed considered, they undergo meticulous security checks. Upon clearance, applicants may be granted approval for either a tourist or family visa.
Applicants are reminded to personally submit their applications based on their residential address as listed on their civil ID. The process adheres to the standard procedures applied to other nationalities. Additionally, the Ministry of Interior has announced the commencement of applications for family, tourist, and commercial visits, albeit under new conditions. Prior appointments are necessary and can be scheduled through the Meta platform.
This announcement aligns with Minister Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef’s vision of revitalizing the economy. He has expressed eagerness to showcase Kuwait’s rich cultural heritage and scenic beauty, extending a warm welcome to visitors.
In conclusion, the Ministry of Interior urges the public to stay informed through official channels and emphasizes its commitment to facilitating legitimate travel while ensuring security measures are upheld.
