Kuwait's Petrol Is The 6th Cheapest In The World, According To The Latest Report
According to a recent survey by research firm Zutobi, Kuwait boasts the world's 6th cheapest fuel, costing only $1.57 per gallon. Petrol prices have shifted substantially throughout the world, according to analysts, and drivers will pay quite different costs for gasoline this year.
Four Arab nations – Libya, Iran, and Syria – are among the top 10 countries with the lowest petrol costs. Kuwait is ranked sixth. Venezuela came in first because its gasoline costs $0.11 a gallon, which is $5.95 less than the worldwide average. Libya is the second most cost-effective, with a per-gallon cost of just $0.15. Iran has the third-lowest per-gallon fuel price ($0.23), far cheaper than Syria (the fourth cheapest).
Hong Kong is first among the top three nations with the highest gas costs, followed by the Netherlands and Norway. The cost of gasoline in Hong Kong is the highest in the world. A gallon of gas costs $13.10, which is more than double the worldwide average and $1.15 more than the second most expensive location.
Gas in the Netherlands is the second most expensive in the world, at $11.75 a gallon. Norway has the third most expensive gasoline prices in the world. On average, Norwegians spend $11.36 a gallon.
According to the Xinhua news agency, the German government has taken a number of steps to mitigate the consequences of rising energy prices, including raising the minimum tax-free allowance and increasing long-distance commuter mileage allowances.
Only three nations, according to the research, have fuel costs less than a dollar per gallon: Venezuela, Libya, and Iran. Only Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Norway, and Monaco have petrol costs higher than $11 a gallon.
Over the last half-decade, Iran has experienced the most substantial drop in gas prices anywhere on the planet. The price has been lowered by about 3,000%. Saudi Arabia's gas prices have climbed by about 300 percent in the previous five years, making it the country with the largest increase in fuel costs worldwide.
