Internet Malfunction May Delay Payment Of Salaries Of Mpw Employees

The Ministry of Public Works (MPW) suffers from a network malfunction, and this may lead to a delay in the payment of employees’ salaries for the month of October.

According to a letter sent by the Assistant Undersecretary for Legal, Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Ministry of Public Works to the Undersecretary of the Ministry, a copy of which has been obtained by the Al-Qabas daily, there is a malfunction in the Ministry’s internet network, which has resulted in a malfunction in the Civil Service Commission and the “Oracle” systems of the Ministry of Finance, which in turn led to the accumulation of work and the inability to disburse the dues of the Ministry’s employees.

He pointed out that there is a delay in the implementation of the letters received by the salaries department due to the reason mentioned above.

However, the ministry is in the process of approving the salaries for October 2021, so the problem must be notified since the delay in the payment of monthly salaries is out of control.
