Civil Service Bureau Urged To Streamline Employment For Job Seekers
Al-Anbaa newspaper sources reveal the pressing need to streamline employment lists at the Civil Service Bureau to accommodate the growing number of job seekers and expedite citizen employment. The focus is on exploring innovative solutions to foster job opportunities for aspiring professionals.
Sources highlighted categories of individuals registered since 1999 who haven't reviewed the office or shown interest in offered jobs. There's concern about those who repeatedly refuse job offers, causing complications like repeated nominations for the same entity due to unmatched specializations in other entities.
Emphasis was placed on directing individuals towards fields with vacancies, like firefighting and healthcare, through training courses or educational programs. Motivation for further education, especially for those with high school diplomas, was stressed, along with solutions like financial assistance or scholarships.
Moreover, attention was drawn to elderly individuals and university graduates with specialized qualifications not in current demand, urging collaborative efforts among specialized authorities for their rehabilitation.
