72 Arrested, 31334 Traffic Violations Issued In Traffic Campaigns

The traffic sector conducted campaigns throughout the six governorates recently led to the issuance of 31334 citations, impounding of 179 vehicles, 2 motorcycles seized, 8 vehicles recovered, arrest of 72 individuals who committed major traffic violations and referral of 1 person to the Deportation Center for driving without driving license, The department affirmed these campaigns are ongoing round the clock in all parts of the country in a bid to strictly implement the traffic regulations and to protect the road users.
