Fight Between Two Expats Leads To Stabbing At A Gas Station

Following an altercation at a gas station restaurant, Abdullah Port detectives have referred two expatriates to the Public Prosecution. The incident, detailed in Case No. 2024/50, involved a physical fight resulting in one expatriate stabbing another with scissors.

According to investigations, the altercation unfolded when one expatriate entered the restaurant and ordered a meal. A dispute ensued, leading to the violent incident.

Upon receiving a report of a beating at the gas station, security forces intervened and found an expatriate born in 1990 with a stab wound. Subsequently, a worker at the restaurant was apprehended. During interrogation, the suspect admitted to the stabbing, citing self-defense after being punched by the victim. He claimed to have grabbed scissors from the ground and used them in response to the assault.
