The Number Of Kuwaitis Visiting Turkey Is Second Among Arabs

Kuwaiti visitors to Turkey were estimated to reach 279 thousand between January and July of this year, according to statistics released by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism. Kuwaitis ranked second among Arab tourists visiting Turkey, followed by Iraqi tourists, while Germans ranked first as foreign tourists.

According to sources quoted in a local Arabic daily, Kuwaitis choose Turkey as their favorite destination because of a number of factors, including the fact that visas are not required. As well as its beautiful weather, Turkey offers many tourist, entertainment, and marketing destinations, making it a popular tourist destination for many people.

Further, there are no strict health measures regarding the Corona virus, and the ticket prices, no matter how high, are cheaper than in other countries.

Kuwaitis are particularly interested in purchasing villas and apartments in residential complexes, especially luxury homes, in Istanbul and Antalya, due to the many facilities and legislation that are advantageous to foreign investors. Turkey is one of Kuwaitis' favorite countries for real estate investment.
