Kuwait imported tobacco and tobacco products worth 43.9 million dinars from January 1 to September 30, 2021, according to government data. However, Al-Anba has discovered that the highest purchase rate of 17 million dinars occurred between July 1 and September 30, 2021, with 15 million dinars occurring between the beginning of April and the end of June, and 11.77 million dinars occurring between the first of January and the end of March.

During the first nine months of 2021, Kuwait's tobacco and tobacco-related exports totaled 1.131 million dinars, with 239,000 dinars in the first quarter, 263,000 dinars in the second quarter, and 629,000 dinars in the third quarter.
