Pam To Launch New Services On Website On 12 January

The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has finished updating its website with a range of new services which will streamline procedures in various fields, and will be launched on 12 January, Al Anba reported.

The services that will be provided online and interactively via www.manpower.gov.kw include an online service to facilitate procedures for the recruitment and use of labor for business owners and the completion of all transactions online. There is also the National Labor Support Service, which is a Automating service all transactions of receiving the relevant benefits exchange department in order to support national workers working in the private sector, in addition to the customer and company inquiries service, which is a service that enables the Authority’s clients to submit their inquiries of all kinds while directing the inquiry to the concerned department, in addition to submitting documents supporting the inquiry, following up the status of the inquiry and receiving responses via e-mail, in addition to allocating special sections for companies and national employment in the private sector and individuals.

As for the details of the website services, it includes three chapters: the corporate services section, among others which show spaces for registration of a new employment support company, the small and medium enterprises support portal, the online forms system for companies, and for entering online services company (labor support transactions), opening files, grievances and additional support.

As for the second chapter, there is a section on individual services, which provides services related to new online registration of services for individuals, the labor service, the entry of registrants, the support for national workers, the facilitation platform, the services of the employment administration, and the reservation of appointments for professional skill tests, while the third chapter, which has a section for general services, includes providing services related to customer inquiries, companies, and appointment reservation system.
