Minister Al-Mutairi Chairs Crisis Management Meeting For Regional Developments
Minister of Information and Culture Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi presided over a meeting of the Ministry’s Crisis Management Committee to discuss preparations for monitoring current developments in the region and to review the procedures implemented by the Ministry’s departments in response.
The Ministry’s official spokesman, Dr. Bader Al-Enezi, conveyed in a statement to KUNA that Minister Al-Mutairi led the committee meeting on Saturday, with the presence of Dr. Nasser Muhaisen, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information, and other senior ministry leaders. During the meeting, a special emergency plan was formulated and assessed regarding the monitoring of regional developments.
Al-Enezi emphasized the Ministry’s readiness to respond to events, implement precautionary measures, disseminate information to citizens and residents, and ensure accurate, professional, and transparent media coverage.
The spokesman noted that media coverage is being conducted through bulletins, news summaries, news tapes, radio stations, and the ministry’s official accounts on social media platforms. Al-Enezi highlighted that the Ministry has taken all necessary measures and is committed to delivering information transparently and accurately to the Kuwaiti public, urging everyone to rely on official sources for information.
