Over 30,000 People Register For Hajj In Kuwait With 10 Days To Go

The registration for this year's Hajj pilgrimage has just 10 days left before it closes, with 30,000 Kuwaiti citizens and residents already registered. The Ministry of Awqaf (Religious Endowments) has kept the registration portal open until November 10th, 2023, at 12:00 PM, through the dedicated online platform.

Kuwait's Hajj quota for this year is 8,000, with 63 Hajj campaigns approved to facilitate the selection process. Hajj campaigns with fewer than 50 registered pilgrims will not be eligible to organize Hajj this year.

In the case of residents who registered irregularly, the registration process continues, and they await approval from Saudi authorities to participate in the pilgrimage.

In addition, the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs is organizing a Hajj exhibition at the exhibition grounds from November 11th to November 15th, 2023. During this exhibition, prospective pilgrims can learn about the services offered by various Hajj campaigns and get answers to their questions about this year's pilgrimage.
