Due to the fact that public infrastructure and facilities in the area are still under construction, MP Fayez Al- Jomhour has proposed continuing the payment of rent allowances and suspending the collection of housing loan installments for Mutla'a housing project beneficiaries. He point out it is too difficult to reside in the area under such circumstances; hence, the beneficiaries have no recourse but to stay in rented houses until completion of public facilities and infrastructure works.

In an effort to store imported commodities, MP Fares Al-Otaibi has proposed the establishment of a shareholding company. His proposal stipulates dividing the shares of the company as follows: 50 percent for the government and 50 percent for public subscription. He said the warehouses will be located in the northern, central and southern parts of the country with a minimum area of 500,000 square meters. He also recommended that citizens should constitute 80 percent of the company’s workforce; indicating his proposal is aimed at supporting the owners of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), controlling prices and combating monopoly.

The MP Shuaib Al-Muwaizri has reiterated his call for the World Health Organization (WHO) office in the country to be closed. He claimed there is a plan to implement certain regulations like partial lockdown, because of the new wave of COVID-19. A major goal is to reduce the global population to one billion, and then instigate disputes between nations and peoples. It is alleged that some organizations set fire to farms to kill as many animals as possible to force people to buy industrialized and manufactured foods. According to him, the next scenario is to promote a big lie about global warming.

The use of electronic identification cards and electronic banking has been used to control and invade the privacy of the people, he said. MP Fayez Al-Jomhour forwarded queries to Minister of Justice and State Minister for Housing Affairs Faleh Eid Al- Raqabah about the Information spread through various media platforms on referring Minister of Commerce and Industry and State Minister for Youth Affairs Muhammad Othman Al- Aiban to the Public Prosecution due to accusations of illegal acquisitions and financial violations estimated at millions of Kuwaiti dinars for the company where he served as Board of Directors chairman prior to his ministerial appointment. Specifically, he asked if Al-Eiban has been investigated, if the prosecution informed the Council of Ministers about that, and if the prosecution has officially requested that Al-Eiban's immunity be lifted in order to investigate him. In addition, National Assembly Speaker Ahmad Al-Sa'adoun sent a cable to Kyrgyzstan's Speaker of Parliament (Supreme Council) Nurlanbek Shakiev on the occasion of his country's National Day.
