Mpw Releases New Complaint Service On App
Ministry of Public Works (MPW) has launched new services through a new update in the initial stages for smart devices. The ministry said in a press statement today, Saturday, that the application, which was developed with great efforts by the management of information systems led by the director of the Department of Engineering Information Systems Center Iman Ashkanani, is distinguished as a new link that is added to the telephone emergency hotline service (150) and WhatsApp (Ministry of Public Works no: 93333150).
Today, any smartphone user can download the online application and access a new set of features that enhance the process of communication with the public and receiving their comments and complaints addressed to the Ministry. She added that through the services provided by the developed smart application (MPW 150) available for iPhone devices from IOS systems or Android system devices, a file is registered for each subscriber by entering his information and phone number and then reporting the complaint or noting the site and attaching the coordinates of the author’s website.
She explained that it is possible through the smart app to send complaints related to roads, rain networks and engineering maintenance to the MPW immediately after completly filling the online form, then the technical team concerned will communicate with the complainant and the sector concerned with the type of communication or read the complaint and take the necessary action.
It stated that the complainant will have the opportunity to monitor the status of the complaint and the procedures that have been taken by the Ministry, in addition to learning about the record of his communications and previous complaints that have been registered with the MPW Emergency Complaints System (150) in order to follow up on any previously submitted complaint. She pointed out that the free app developed for the Ministry of Works emergency can be downloaded and updated from the IOS and Android smart device app stores to take advantage of this service on their smart devices.
