Moh Assesses The Results Of The Comprehensive Ban
While the Ministry of Health is conducting an assessment of the results of the comprehensive ban, which entered its tenth day yesterday, well-informed sources expected a decrease in the number of cases of corona infection in the coming days.
The sources said that the decrease in cases will be a catalyst for a gradual return to normal life after Eid Al-Fitr, which is what the relevant state authorities are currently working on.
In addition, with 1073 new cases recorded yesterday, the total number of recorded cases jumped to 16764, with 3 deaths recorded; The total epidemic deaths increased to 121 cases.

Al-Qabas has learned that the Ministry of Health is in the process of evaluating the results of the comprehensive ban, and it is expected that the number of new Coronavirus cases will decrease, according to Al-Qabas sources. The sources expected that the numbers of the epidemic will be reversed due to the success of the Ministry of Health’s procedures in random examination and taking the necessary preventive measures with the comprehensive ban, which entered its tenth day yesterday.
The sources pointed out that the decrease in cases will be a key for the gradual return to normal life after Eid Al-Fitr, which is what the relevant state authorities are currently working on.
On the other hand, despite the lapse of 10 days since the implementation of the comprehensive ban, the Corona virus continued to record records in the country, and by announcing 1073 new infections yesterday, the total number of recorded cases jumped to 16764 cases, while 3 deaths were recorded; For a total of 121 epidemic deaths.
The official spokesman for the Ministry of Health, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, explained that all previous cases that proved to be infected with the disease were cases of contact with cases confirmed to be infected, and others under search for the causes of infection and examination of those in contact with them.
He stated that the cases of infection included «231 cases of Kuwaiti citizens, 332 cases of residents of Indian nationality, 181 cases of residents of Egyptian nationality, 102 cases of residents of Bangladeshi citizenship, and the rest of cases of other nationalities».
He added that the injured, according to health districts, came by "397 cases in Al-Farwaniyah health zone, 258 cases in Al-Ahmadi health area, 181 cases in Hawali health area, 124 cases in Al-Jahra health area, 113 cases in Al-Asimah health zone."
And on the highest residential areas in terms of recording Covid 19  infection, he mentioned that they came as follows: «Farwaniya 131 cases, Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh 77 cases, Khaitan 76 cases, and about 55 cases.
