Kuwaiti Man Loses 500 Dinars Due To Faulty Atm

Police are looking for an unidentified person for ‘stealing’ 500 dinars from a teller machine, reports Al-Rai daily. The daily added a Kuwaiti went to a teller machine to withdraw money and punched in 500. He waited for quite some time but the machine did not spit out the money.

Thinking the machine may be out of order, the Kuwaiti left and the machine which may be due to some fault was unable to dish out the money on time. The next person who visited the ATM found the money, pocketed it and walked away.

When the Kuwaiti visited the bank, the desk help informed him that the ATM in fact did spit out the money and someone walked away with the cash following which the Kuwaiti has fi led a complaint with the area police station.
