Kuwaiti Citizen Murder Case: Sheikh Sentenced To Capital Punishment

In a recent development, the Criminal Court has issued a capital punishment verdict for an unnamed sheikh convicted of murdering Kuwaiti citizen Abdulaziz Al-Za’atari outside his residence.

According to reports from Al-Qabas daily, the accused allegedly shot the victim to death following a heated dispute between the two parties right in front of Al-Za’atari's house.

The court, in its ruling, deemed the crime committed by the accused as deserving of the ultimate penalty, signaling a stern stance against such acts of violence.
