The Minister of Information and Culture, Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi, officially introduced the 51 Kuwait-TV app on Sunday, ushering in a new era of accessibility to Kuwaiti TV and Radio channels, along with an array of archival media content. This move, in collaboration with the private sector, is a strategic transition from an executive to a regulatory role for the Ministry. By optimizing resources, maximizing revenues, and enhancing infrastructure, the Ministry aims to meet the evolving needs of its audience.

Minister Al-Mutairi emphasized the significance of this digital platform's launch coinciding with the 73rd anniversary of Kuwait Radio's inaugural broadcast on May 12, 1951. He proudly declared it as a milestone in Kuwait's media landscape, signifying a leap forward in its presence.
