Kpc Invites 5 Companies To Submit Plans To Finance Oil Sector Projects
The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) plans to study the optimal financing options during the next five years, in order to finance future projects to be implemented by the oil sector.
Al-Anba has learned from senior oil sources that the KPC has invited 5 (eligible) local and international companies — KFH Capital in cooperation with Japan’s Mitsui Sumitomo Banking Company; NBK Capital in cooperation with HSBC; Societe Generale and Rothschild Banking Company; ING Investment Management Company and the Standard Chartered — to engage in a practice that will be officially launched today, Sunday.
A preliminary meeting is expected to be held remotely with the qualified companies on February 29, 2022, and that the last date for submitting financial offers will be on Dec 14, 2021.
