Khalil Al-saleh: The Oil Recruitment System Is Neutral

MP Khalil Al-Saleh asserted that the new system followed by the oil sector in the recruitment process and the standardization of employment and acceptance policies is a step in the right path to ensure neutrality of opportunities among applicants. He said that disseminating the experience of the oil sector in employment processes among government agencies and bodies is the greatest evidence of their effectiveness.

Al-Saleh praised every step that would correct the procedures that had long been the subject of complaints by citizens, in order to achieve the required transparency to ensure fair employment.
