A Female Kuwaiti Doctor Holding Fake Graduation Certificates Referred To Prosecution
The Minister of Education and Minister of Higher Education Dr. Bader Al- Essa has referred a female Kuwaiti doctor working for the Faculty of Medicine at the Kuwait University to the Public Prosecution because investigations have proved that she is holding fake graduation certificates.
Speaking to reporters, Al-Essa said the competent authorities at the university and the Ministry of Higher Education checked the certificates of the concerned doctor after receiving information about the certificate being forged.
This was in addition to the faulty procedures during the appointment and that appropriate legal action will be taken against the suspect. He added she was stopped from working at the Faculty of Medicine after the discovery of a case of fraud saying, “we do not know whether she practiced medicine but it will become clear during the investigation by the Public Prosecution.” He pointed out that the ‘higher education’ will continue in its efforts to uncover all those who are holding forged or fake certificates and legal action will be taken against them.
