2 Expats Arrested For Forging Certificates

Personnel from the Residence Affairs Investigations Department have arrested two expatriates a Syrian, and a Bangladeshi for forging ‘To Whom It May Concern’ certifiates on the letter heads of the Public Institution for Housing Welfare, reports Al-Rai daily. Acting on information, police raided a place at an unidentified location and caught the forgers in the act and seized from them forged certificates and stamps of the institute and handed them over to the concerned authority.
