12 Passengers Arriving From Abu Dhabi Admitted To Jaber Hospital - 3 Cases Suspected

12 Kuwaiti passengers who arrived from Abu Dhabi last night were transferred to Jaber Hospital for observation, Al Rai newspaper reported.

Out of which 3 cases were suspected of coronavirus infection and were kept in isolation ward. While 6 cases were referred to the emergency department for further treatment and 3 cases were admitted to the general ward.

Kuwait has begun evacuation of its nationals from various countries and daily flights are bringing back passengers stranded there.

Stringent health check ups are being conducted on all arriving passengers and the government has allocated all resources to ensure that the covid 19 is contained and not spread within the country.
