Yesterday Corona Cases - 30 New Infections On 15th October 2021

Kuwait’s daily coronavirus cases rose by 30 to 412,258 with no new deaths reported as the total remains unchanged at 2,455, the health ministry said on Friday.

Another 48 people were cured of the virus, raising the total of those to have overcome the disease to 409,226, according to ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdallah Al-Sanad in a statement.

The number of people hospitalised with the virus at COVID-19 wards is 25, with eight of them at intensive care units, he added, revealing that another 577 are receiving regular treatment.

Some 16,721 swab tests were conducted over the last day out of a total of 4,546,992, mentioned the official.

He went on to urge nationals and expatriates alike that abiding by health precautions, mainly, following social distancing rules, is the only way to halt
