Who Lost These Number Plates

Citizens and expatriates hung number plates of cars, which had fallen off due to heavy rains, on a lamp post in Salmiya, reports Al-Anba daily. Policemen removed the number plates. They will contact the concerned car owners to hand over the number plates.
