Varying Amounts Rainfall Forecast From Friday Morning Which Will Continue Until Sunday

Weather forecaster at the Directorate-General of Civil Aviation Abdulaziz Al- Qarawi says as the winter season ushers in, it will bring in rain starting from Friday morning which will continue until Sunday, but the rain will be unlike last year which was torrent and created pools of water everywhere, reports Al-Rai daily.

He told the daily, all systems used in analyzing and forecasting the weather is less accurate. “Yes, there are forecasts of varying amounts of rainfall,” he said, “but the intensity of rain is seen during the month of November.”

“There is likely to be a moderate rainy condition starting on Friday morning, Saturday and Sunday, then stopping for three to four days and then coming back,” he added. As for the rainfall, Al- Qarawi said, called ‘relatively heavy’, but they vary in intensity, and not the heavy rainfall like last year.
