Two Asian Expatriates Were Arrested In Possession Of Liquor

Two Asian expatriates were arrested in Ahmadi area in possession of 240 bottles of locally manufactured liquor. Ahmadi securitymen were patrolling the area when they noticed two men standing behind a vehicle with a number of cartons of mineral water bottles. When the suspects noticed securitymen approaching them, they ran but securitymen chased and arrested them.

They checked their civil IDs and discovered they are Asian expatriates. When securitymen checked the 18 cartons behind the vehicle, they discovered that it contained 240 bottles of locally manufactured liquor. The suspects were referred with the confiscated bottles of liquor to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against them.
