Kuwait Affirms The Importance Of Group Work In Addressing Common Challenges
In a statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday, the State of Kuwait underscored the importance of collective action in addressing shared challenges, particularly amidst recent armed conflicts and humanitarian crises.
The statement, issued on the occasion of the International Day of Multilateralism and Diplomacy for Peace, highlighted Kuwait's appreciation for the pivotal role played by international organizations and groups, notably the United Nations, in leading the global efforts to tackle unprecedented challenges affecting people worldwide. This includes endeavors in international relief and humanitarian aid aimed at mitigating the suffering caused by armed conflicts and natural disasters.
Furthermore, Kuwait reaffirmed its strong commitment to the principles of multilateralism and diplomacy as fundamental tools for fostering international peace and security. The nation urged all countries to closely collaborate with the United Nations and other relevant organizations and groups to uphold the principles of multilateralism, thereby striving towards a more peaceful and prosperous world for all.
