The Supreme Council For Planning Approves The Development Plan 2020/2025
His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled, Prime Minister at Bayan Palace today, chaired the first meeting of the fourth session of the Supreme Council for Planning and Development via video communication.
At the beginning of the meeting, His Highness expressed his welcome to the members of the Council, wishing them all success and success under the leadership of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad and His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad, stressing the importance of the role of the Supreme Council in formulating strategic policies to achieve the desired development goals to achieve Kuwait Vision 2035 .
For her part, Minister of Social Affairs and Minister of State for Economic Affairs Maryam Al-Aqeel explained that the Council reviewed the 2020/2025 development plan, which in turn approved it and referred it to the Council of Ministers to take what it deems appropriate in this regard.
She added that the Council reviewed the draft of the first development plan 2020/2021 and discussed the quarterly follow-up report for the first quarter of the annual plan 2020/2021.
They stated that the Council discussed the report of the Human and Urban Development Committee on education in the State of Kuwait in light of the Corona pandemic and its aftermath, which dealt with governmental procedures for e-learning and policies for reviewing and evaluating the current and future stage, and the council decided to refer them to the relevant ministerial committee.
The Supreme Council for Planning and Development concluded its meeting to follow up the latest developments regarding the study of reforming and developing government administration.
