The Ministry Of Education: Training Courses For Teachers And Employees Are Online
The Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs and Training at the Ministry of Education, Rajaa Bouaraki, announced the implementation of a project to convert training courses for the ministry’s workers from educational bodies into a remote training system through the “Darbni” platform that was put into service to provide training services “online” in light of the Corona pandemic.
Bouarki told that the administrative sector, since the start of the Corona crisis, has been keen to keep pace with these developments to search for solutions to continue the services it provides to employees and auditors alike, while adhering to health requirements to maintain the health and safety of workers, indicating that it was based on This is by converting the training services provided by the sector to the ministry’s workers, including administrators and teachers, into electronic services through a new platform launched by the sector under the name “Darbni”, in cooperation with the competent authorities represented by the Information Systems Department.
She added that this platform was prepared for the ministry to provide remote training services to employees, in a way that ensures that this service does not stop, pointing out that the platform has actually started work, as specialized training courses are being offered to a number of technical mentors and teachers in various disciplines.
She stated that the Training and Administrative Development Department will launch training courses for administrators in several specialties next January, as the training plan was announced, explaining that the requests of those wishing would be counted and informed through short messages to their phones.
Electronic services
On another issue, Bouarka confirmed the ministry’s launch of an electronic service for the administrative sector, related to updating employee data regarding marital status, so that the employee can upload his new data in the event he requests to register a child or stop the allowance of one of his children for legal reasons, such as if one of his sons is employed or his daughter marries, In this case, he only has to submit the request and attach the documents through the website designated for the service on the official website of the ministry, indicating that his request will be dealt with in confidence by specialized personnel to complete his transaction without incurring the trouble of coming to the ministry.
She pointed out that the Administrative Affairs Sector is working hard to develop all services provided to the public, so that procedures are facilitated and ensure their safety, and work to simplify them as much as possible, to ensure their correctness and accuracy while ensuring the rights of employees.
