Technical Malfunction On "radar System" Cause Delay At Kuwait Airport

A technical glitch on the "Radar" at Kuwait International Airport caused delay on the air traffic operation at Kuwait International airport. According to sources, the technical glitch caused delay in arrival and departure of flights on Monday morning.

A sudden malfunction that affected the radar systems disrupted movement of flights and some flights were diverted to neighboring airports.

It took around 4 hours for the maintenance team to repair the malfunction and to restore the air traffic. Directorate General of Civil Aviation later announced that the air traffic restored at Kuwait International airport.
