Some Banks No Longer Offer Free Loans

According to a local Arabic newspaper, the list of rival banks offering free loans has begun to shrink in order to reduce competition for two major banks with significant market strength and liquidity.

According to the sources, the banks that withdrew from the free loan battle were humming with activity and vitality in this sector and were among the first to launch these products to attract new customers, recording tangible growth in their portfolios as a result of this policy, explaining that these banks realized that continuing in this manner would raise the cost of their money, especially with the increase in bids for granting good loans, which reached 70 thousand dinars.
