According to local media reports, a Kuwaiti motorist violated traffic rules twice in Saudi Arabia, accruing SR39,000 in traffic fines in two days.

On the streets of the Saudi capital Riyadh, radar caught him multiple times speeding in his car.

During one of his videos, he showed traffic fines he received, saying he didn't want to pay them, but there was no other choice, blaming the neighboring country instead of himself for breaking the rules of the road.
