Prominent Community Member Sageer Thrikkariuppur Passed Away In Kuwait
Prominent community member and Well known social worker in Kuwait Sageer Thrikkarippur passed away in Kuwait. He was admitted to ICU and was on a ventilator for the last 22 days after infected with Covid-19.
Sageer Thrikkarippur is the chairman of Kuwait Kerala Muslim Association, KKMA, one of the largest social welfare organization among the Indian community in Kuwait. He was also the patron of several other Indian associations in Kuwait.
He was infected with Covid 19 and was admitted to Farwaniya hospital. Later he was shifted to Mishref hospital and later to Jaber Hospital and was on a ventilator for the last 22 days. His wife, Sauda, who was also infected with Covid-19, had passed away two weeks back in Adan hospital.
Mr. Sageer Trikarpur's tireless work towards ensuring social security and upliftment of the Indian expatriates in Kuwait, combined with his contribution in his social responsibility by supporting the economically weaker sections, especially in Kerala and Karnataka, will always be remembered by the expatriates in Kuwait.
Hailing from Kasargod in Kerala, Sageer left behind his children Dr Suad Abdulla (Kerala) and Sama Abdulla (Qatar), son-in-law Dr Ashraf and Aflaq.
