Embassy Advises Amnesty Seekers To Visit BLS Center For An Emergency Certificate

Indian Embassy advises amnesty seekers to visit the BLS center for Emergency Certificate purpose and the fee for Emergency Certificate / White Passport is fixed at 5 KD.

Embassy advises amnesty seekers not to pay any additional fees other than the stipulated fees for the respective services. The fees are given below:

Emergency certificate fee: 5 KD

Service Charge for BLS : 1 KD

Form filling (If done in BLS) : 300 fils

Photographs (If done in BLS): 300 files

Photocopy (If done in BLS): 100 files per page

Web Printing (If done in BLS): 150 files per page
