Plans To Sack Expat Engineers

Kuwait Municipality's engineering and technical staff is being replaced by the state's minister of communication and information technology, Al- Rai daily reports citing sources. In light of the Municipality's increased plans for projects and to promote Kuwaitization, Al-Fares is pushing for more Kuwaiti engineering staff in the Municipality. According to sources, the municipality is studying terminating expatriate engineers.
