Moi Announces A New Deadline For Residency Violators
Today, Monday, the Ministry of Interior stated that the platform for booking appointments for residency violators has been activated on the website of the Ministry of Interior.

A one-month period starting from 1st December to 31st of the month is granted for the renewal of residency, Al Qabas reported.
Ministry of Interior stated that if the violator wishes to obtain residency and pay the fines without being referred to investigation authorities, he must obtain an appointment for the review the relevant residence affairs department by entering the platform.
The Ministry indicated that in the event that an appointment is not available in the department to which the violator belongs, it is transferred to another department to obtain an appointment, according to the availability of dates on the Ministry of Interior website.
The Interior Ministry added that if the violator was Article 20 “Domestic Workers” and the sponsor is Kuwaiti, the review is through service centers, and the rest of the articles are reviewed by the residency affairs departments after taking the appointment in its statement, the Ministry affirmed that the platform includes violators of residency and entry visas of all kinds, those whose residency or entry visas have expired, as of 1/1/2020 and earlier.
