Medics In Kuwait Are Urged To Wear Masks

A circular issued by the Ministry of Health in 2024 stressed the importance of wearing masks by medical and paramedical staff while working in hospitals, specialized centers, and primary health centers. The directive also stressed the imperative of maintaining clean hands through regular washing with water, soap, and disinfectants, in addition to completing seasonal respiratory vaccinations, notably the updated versions of the COVID-19 and flu vaccines.

Considering the worldwide surge in respiratory virus infections reported by many countries, the Ministry emphasizes these measures as part of its commitment to delivering quality health services.
